Sichuan New Type Of Farmer Technology Training Performance And Its Impact Study Of The Factors

In order to strengthen the peasant's technology training,and speeds up the process of new peasants'training,from 2006,the Sichuan Agriculture Department and Finance Department start the implemention of"the technology training project for new peasant"(including ministry and province technology training project).This project insisted the overall mentality which could be concluded as several words:"revolving the leading industry,training specialized peasant,entering the village to set up the instructing class,developing one sample for per village",being designed to provide the intelligence and human resources support for the modern agriculture development and the new rural construction in socialism society.Based on many theories related to the human capital,peasant studying behavior,the lifelong education,the agricultural technology to use and rationales and so on,learned the successful experinence in terms of the peasants'training from some foreign countries,this research sets the"Sichuan new peasant technology training project"as example,depends on the investigating datas from 9 sample counties(there are 25 project counties in the whole province),centers on the training patterns settled from the development present situation of technology training for the new peasant.Having applied the analynizing and studying methods,for instance,the combination of analysis on quality and quantity,the real diagnosis and the standard unifies as well as the contrast analytical studying method,this research basically evaluates the overall achievements of the training project,and makes discrepancy analysis of 4 types districts,namely plain,hill,mountainous and national areas.On the basis of the above steps,this rasearch have macroscopic studied and contrasted from the overall program and the local stand respectively the influences on which the training has effected the net agricultual income of the whole peasant household,the peasant's ability of applying the technology,the peasant's managerial level,the peasant's competence of thinking and literature.Furthermore,this research analyses the influencing factors and its significance of the training achivements,according to the individual peasant,training programes,external environment,evaluation system and so on. Meanwhile,this research emphasizes the case study on the supervising teachers,the training organizations and the training facility which provide the peasant relatively lower educational and satisfactory level training.Finally,the research proposed countermeasure and suggestions of the promotion for the following new peasant technology training completely,coordinately and healthy development.
