Communication industry as a highly technology and knowledge intensive industry,talent is the first element for its development and an important strategic resource to gain the initiative of market competition.In recent years,the personnel flow in the communication industry has accelerated and the turnover rate of various enterprises remains high.Especially,the turnover of core technical personnel has a huge impact on enterprises.How to effectively reduce the turnover rate of employees has become a core issue for the major communication companies to maintain competitive advantages and ensure the healthy and stable development of enterprises.It has become an urgent task to find the root cause of employee turnover and take corresponding measures to establish a more reasonable and effective human resource management system,so as to improve employee satisfaction,enhance cohesion and creativity,avoid personnel turnover and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.Taking ZX company's personnel turnover as the research object,this thesis introduces the current development,personnel structure and personnel turnover of this company.Multi-dimensional statistical analysis of staff turnover rate was performed to clarify the characteristics and the current situation of personnel turnover,as well as its impact on this enterprise.Through a questionnaire survey and case interviews,this paper analyzed the root cause of the high turnover rate of this enterprise from aspects of the external environment,internal factors,and employee themselves,and then put forward specific measures to reduce the turnover rate of ZX company.That is to say,measures such as optimizing the salary and welfare system,establishing a comprehensive incentive system,improving the promotion system,strengthening the construction of training system,creating a better corporate culture atmosphere,relieving the work pressure of employees and establishing an early warning mechanism for employees' resignation should be taken to set up a good management system,and standardize the operation mechanism.Enterprise needs to care,understand and motivate its employees.At the same time,the company should respect and protect the basic rights and interests of its employees.These measures could stimulate the vitality of employees of different levels,so as to retain the outstanding talents,reduce the turnover rate and attract more talents.This research aimed to find out the essential reasons for ZX company's staff turnover by investigating and analyzing its current situation.Solutions were put forward to solve this problem and reduce the staff turnover effectively,as well as to provide some reference for other communication companies to deal with their staff turnover.
