The Application Of Balanced Score Card In The Internet Of Things’ Performance Measurement

The Internet Of Things industry is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world,some developed Countries such as United States,Japan,Korea develop the Internet Of Things industry as their strategic industry. Since August2009, Premier Wen proposed the " The perception of China",The Internet of Things is officially classified as a national strategic emerging industries.However, the global competition is also a severe challenge to The Internet Of Things enterprises. How to optimizing the enterprise management and enhancing the innovation ability of the enterprise becomes an important problem.If Companies can’t be evaluated, you can’t manage it. The research of the evaluation in The Internet Of Things enterprises has practical significance.This paper reviews the related literature at home and abroad about the enterprise performance evaluation, the balanced scorecard can be made that the scientific evaluation of enterprise performance, it will be the development direction of enterprise performance evaluation system.Secondly,this paper combined the theory and the situation of XX Co., Ltd.and validate the performance measurement system in the Balanced Scorecard mode through establishing the XX Co., Ltd’s performance measurement system.This paper focuses on the application of the networked enterprise performance evaluation in the study of balance score card in the matter.Firstly,by integrating theories on performance measurement of Intellectual Capital and Innovation,this paper establishes a BSC framework Which is strategy oriented and measures performance through several aspects. Secondly,this paper based on the basic characteristics of in-depth analysis of network enterprise, analysis of the enterprise performance evaluation index system for reference, and points out the basic point of constructing the enterprise performance evaluation of the balanced scorecard. Thirdly,this paper applies the AHP and introduces three methods to deal with non-dimensional processing to improve the quantitative evaluation function of BSC.Finally, through the analysis of the case of XX Co., Ltd., to illustrate the application of the BSC evaluation method in the Internet Of Things industry.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)The balance scorecard theory framework, highlights the value of intellectual capital to create functional, performance evaluation also emphasizes networking enterprise innovation;(2)This paper adds process performance indicators related to R&D process index;(3)In order to reduce enterprise performance evaluation of the subjectivity in the selection of indicators, and the evaluation of qualitative indicators on the evaluation standard of treatment, the specific improvement.
