Research On The Construction Of Community Of Shared Future In Cyberspace

Since the development of cyberspace,it has changed the world pattern,people’s way of life and production,and become the "fifth space" of human life.The continuous development of cyberspace brings convenience to our life,but it also brings many problems,such as network fraud,network violence and so on.At present,the development of network space and its existing problems have attracted the attention of all countries.In order to solve the problem of the emergence of cyberspace and make cyberspace a truly harmonious,secure and mutually beneficial activity space,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the theory of community of shared future in cyberspace.The academic circles have discussed numerous theories about the fate of the cyberspace in general secretary Xi Jinping.From the theoretical results,we mainly focus on the theory of the community of shared future in cyberspace,and the lack of comprehensiveness and integrity in the construction of the community of shared future in cyberspace.The research idea of this paper is to sort out how the theory of the community of shared future in cyberspace is formed,clarify its content,significance and principles,analyze the existing problems and make clear how to build it,mainly including five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly describes the basis and background of the topic,research ideas and methods,domestic and foreign research results.The second chapter describes the formation of the theory of the community of shared future in cyberspace,what its specific content is and what its significance is for the present.First of all,it introduces the realistic background and ideological source of the community of shared future in cyberspace,and clarifies the origin of the theory of the community of shared future in cyberspace Secondly,comb the development process of general secretary Xi Jinping’s cyberspace destiny community theory,clarify the formation process of the theory and its contents,and clearly set the general goal of building the destiny community of cyberspace.Finally,the significance of this theory is deeply understood,including the guiding significance for the construction of China’s network power,the compliance significance for the trend of the times,the enthusiasm significance for the construction of international cyberspace and the advancement significance for the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.The third chapter,according to the "four principles" put forward by general secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of the community of shared future in cyberspace,clearly defines the principles that should be adhered to in the process of building the destiny community of cyberspace,and refine these principles,and find out the prerequisites for constructing the fate community of cyberspace.Based on the background and current situation of cyberspace,combined with the principles of the construction of the community of shared future in cyberspace,this paper points out the current difficulties that seriously hinder the construction of the community of shared future in cyberspace and analyzes them in detail.The existing difficulties are as follows:in terms of network sovereignty,there is no clear definition of network sovereignty,and there are sovereignty disputes;in terms of network security,there are many network security problems and they are difficult to be cured;in terms of network cooperation,it is difficult to cooperate due to cultural and ideological differences and lack of trust;in terms of network order,it is difficult to establish fairness due to the unbalanced development of network space A reasonable order.The fourth chapter,according to general secretary Xi Jinping’s "five point proposition" on the construction of the community of shared future in cyberspace,collates and refines it into five paths.First,we should speed up infrastructure construction and strive for innovation and sharing of network core technologies,so as to strengthen the basis of cyberspace and promote connectivity.Secondly,we should pay attention to the diversification of traditional culture exchange and network culture exchange platform,build a perfect culture exchange platform in the network space,and promote exchanges and mutual learning.Third,we should focus on innovation and open cooperation to promote the innovation and development of network economy and common prosperity.Fourth,it is necessary to establish international laws and strengthen the construction of network morality in order to ensure the safety of cyberspace and promote orderly development.Fifthly,while clarifying the sovereignty of the network,we should promote the cooperative governance mechanism,help to build a reasonable and standardized order of the network,and promote fairness and justice.The fifth chapter summarizes the whole content of the article,and looks forward to the future development of the community of shared future in cyberspace.Building a community with a shared future in cyberspace requires the joint efforts of all countries in the world.At present,the western developed countries are still implementing cyber hegemonism,which is not conducive to the stability of cyberspace.At present,China has been taking active actions to build a community with a shared future in cyberspace,constantly providing impetus for the improvement of cyberspace,bringing hope for the establishment of a peaceful and secure cyberspace.More and more countries have participated in the action of building a community with a shared future in cyberspace,and building a peaceful and secure cyberspace is gradually becoming the world consensus.
