AVSI is the integration of audio and video system,which is the centralized control of various types of video signals,audio signals,digital signals,etc.,and realizes the control of each small branch through the large screen.With the deepening of the concept of "Internet plus" and the proposal of the strategy of "made in China 2025",AVSI has ushered in new development opportunities in China.At present,due to the complete range of relevant industries in China and certain achievements in technological development,many international audio and video brands have flooded into China to compete.In 2018,the overall sales volume of China's AVSI market was about 70 billion RMB,with a year-on-year growth of 10%.With the maturity of big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies,AVSI industry integrates with these technologies to form a new chemical reaction,and the future market will be a blue ocean.Therefore,in the AVSI industry,any enterprise that has grasped the first opportunity will have the first-mover advantage in the future market competition.Enterprises should expand their influence in the current market,improve their brand awareness,and make preparations for the subsequent market changes in advance.MS company is one of the first group of companies to enter the AVSI industry in China,with a certain competitive advantage in the industry.Its annual sales volume ranks among the top five in China.Currently,it has established long-term cooperative relations with government agencies,large state-owned enterprises,world top 500 companies and other companies.However,the sales growth of MS company has slowed down due to the environment factors in the past two years.By sorting out the research on system product marketing in recent years,this paper combined with 4P,4R and 4C theories to analyze the current marketing situation and marketing strategies of MS company and find the problems in marketing.Then,the marketing environment of MS company was analyzed,including the overall environment of policy,economy and technology,and the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the company in the micro environment were analyzed by porter's five forces model,and the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of MS company were summarized by SWOT analysis.Finally,through the above analysis,relevant Suggestions are put forward in six aspects,including reforming product system,establishing reasonable price system,improving efficient channel system,establishing three-dimensional market promotion system,establishing original service system with high coverage,and establishing multi-channel incentive system.For MS company's future marketing development provides a relatively perfect solution.Through the above research,MS company's product marketing strategy breaks through the current limitations,complies with the market development trend,and promotes MS company to adjust its distributed product marketing strategy,achieve rapid growth of its own performance,and seek more development opportunities based on the rapidly changing market environment.
