The Analysis Of Strategy Management On Gaomi Feida Electricity And Power Group

Under the electric Power system reform situation, as the product of the Electricity Reform,how can the diversified enterprise of electric power combine enterprise's own situation and analyze scientifically the face of internal and external environment,so as to formulate a development strategy. It is reality significant for the diversified enterprise of electric power which will keep the healthy and continuous development.Scientific development strategy is the basis for the enterprise achieved significant development.In this paper,we make the general theory and methods of business strategic management to study the development strategy of Gaomi Feida Electricity and Power Group.This article analyzes fistly the external environment and internal environment of Gaomi Feida Electricity and Power Group.Then,we make SWOT analysis and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the company's internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats.On this basis,we lay down the company's development strategy and implementation.After in-depth research,we develop the company's overall strategy which is as follows:to insist on diversified development,to highlight the development of core business,to improve the company's organizational structure,strengthen industrial restructuring,to enhance human resources development and utilization,to enhance corporate culture.According to the company's development strategy we have developed a corresponding implementation measures.The results will make the power enterprise have a positive role in the future.
