Study On The Relationship Between Urban Primacy Ratio And Economic Development In Shanxi Province

In this paper,the index system of urban primacy degree system and economic development level system is constructed by the method of coefficient of variation.The coupling analysis method is used to analyze the spatial and temporal changes of population,economic and social primacy degree and the comprehensive value of economic development level in Shanxi Province and cities at all levels.The comprehensive development index,coupling degree status and coordinated water development of the two systems in Shanxi Province and cities at all levels are analyzed.Level analysis.And further explore the relationship between the two and the intrinsic mechanism of interaction,put forward the development path that is conducive to the dual effects of urban degree and economic development in Shanxi Province,lay the foundation for the coordinated development of cities and economy in Shanxi Province.The study found that:(1)With the continuous improvement of Shanxi’s urbanization level,Shanxi’s urban hierarchy structure is constantly optimized,the urban scale system presents a balanced development trend,and the cooperation and exchanges between cities are obviously strengthened.According to the comprehensive index measurement algorithm,the comprehensive primacy value and economic development level of Shanxi Province and cities at different levels are calculated respectively.The results show that in the past ten years,the comprehensive priority of Shanxi Province has declined slightly,and the level of urban development has steadily advanced.Regionally,the comprehensive development level of Taiyuan,Datong and Changzhi is relatively high,which indicates that the development ofTaiyuan,Datong and Changzhi has a certain driving role in each region.Yangquan and Shuozhou are the first cities in the development,while other areas in Shanxi Province have a comprehensive score of less than 2.0,the first degree is low,and the overall level of urban development is slow.The level of Shanxi’s economic development has been growing steadily.Under the background of Shanxi’s transformation and development,Shanxi’s overall economic competitiveness has been strengthened and its overall strength has been continuously enhanced.In terms of regional development,Taiyuan City is the center to radiate to the surrounding areas,and the areas with higher economic level are mainly distributed in the east.(2)According to the coupling degree function and coordinated dispatch development model,the relationship between urban primacy and economic development level in Shanxi Province is analyzed.The results show that the comprehensive development value of urban primacy and economic development level in Shanxi Province has been increasing continuously since 2007,which mainly reflects the continuous improvement of the comprehensive value of economic development level,but the overall development value of urban primacy and economic development level in Shanxi Province has not been improved.The degree of change of urban primacy is small.Although the value of comprehensive development keeps increasing,the degree of economic development driving urban comprehensive development is not obvious.In terms of regional development,the highest comprehensive coordination value is Taiyuan city,followed by Datong city and Yangquan city,and the lowest is Xinzhou city,with obvious regional spatial differences.From 2007 to 2016,the level of urban coupling in Shanxi Province presents an inverted U-shaped trend line in time,and the coupling effect of the two tends to stabilize gradually.As of 2016,Shanxi Province is highly coupled with Taiyuan city,Yangquan city,Changzhi city,Shuozhou city,Yuncheng city and Xinzhou city,Datong city and Jincheng city are in a highly running-in stage,and Jinzhong city is in a stagnant stage.The coupling coordination degree of Shanxi Province develops from a lower level to a higher level,showing a benign development trend.Taiyuan city and belong to a high level of coordination,Datong city and Yangquan city are ata high level,the synchronization between systems is high,Jinzhong city and Xinzhou city belong to a low level of coordination.The level of urban economic development varies from region to region in Shanxi Province.In the process of development,we should constantly improve the urban development system,drive the less coordinated areas,and realize the overall development of Shanxi Province.(3)In the future development process,efforts should be made to advocate the coordinated development of large,medium and small cities,emphasizing the driving capacity of the first city,increasing the support of science,technology and talents,coordinating the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,protecting ecological homeland,and improving the comprehensive level of small and medium-sized cities,and establishing a reasonable layout of urban system.We should promote economy by cities,mutual development by economy,coordinated development of the two systems and gradual improvement of Shanxi’s comprehensive level.
