Research On The Coupling Coordination Degree Of Basic Public Service And Economic Development In Fujian Province

With the rapid development of economy and the steady improvement of people's income level,the demand for basic public services increasing demand.But because of unbalance of regional economic development in China,the basic public service in underdeveloped areas failed to get effective protection,medical care,education,the social security problem is beneficial to the people's livelihood non equalization contradictions have become increasingly prominent,especially in urban and rural areas,sustainable,this will seriously restrict the economic development of our country at the same time,also damages the fair social justice.In this case,the State Council issued the"13th Five-Year" to promote the equalization of basic public service plan "pointed out that the promotion of "equalization" of basic public services is the proper meaning of building a well-off society in an all-round way,to promote the well-being of the people,to promote social justice and justice,to enhance the public's sense of co-construction and development,and to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Of the Chinese dream,have a very important significance.At the present,our government have paid more and more attention to the coordinated development of the equalization of basic public services and the economy,and through optimizing resource allocation,ameliorating the investment environment,and narrow the regional urban and rural gap,sustainable economic development of basic public service system is gradually established.This paper firstly reviews the theoretical basis of the coupled coordination model and mechanism,and the construction of basic public services and economic development coordination degree index system,then use the coupled coordination model,quantitative analysis of basic public services and economic development in Fujian province in 2006-2015 and 2009-2015 around the trend of coordination degree.The results show that the overall level of the basic public services and economic development in Fujian province is in an upward trend year by year,but the regional differences are obvious.Look from the spatial distribution,spatial differentiation significantly,the coordination degree of eastern coastal region is higher than hat of western region in Fujian,and presents three plate gradient structure,Southeastern Fujian>Southwestern Fujian>Northeastern Fujian;the coupling coordination degree of spatial pattern from "T" to "hammer" evolution.Finally,the paper analyzes the path choice of improving the coupling degree of basic public service and economic development,and gives some suggestions.
