With the vigorous development of the world economy,the degree of integration of the world economy has continued to deepen.The constant changes in the global economic situation have led various multinational companies to constantly adjust their development strategies to adapt to the development trend of the world economy.As the world's second largest economy,China has entered a new stage after 40 years of rapid development.It has played a huge role in the wave of world economic integration.China's economy is growing rapidly and its development potential is huge,attracting more.Many multinational companies are investing in China.In order to achieve better economic benefits in China,multinational companies investing in China have deepened their integration into local economic development.They have adjusted and deepened the localization strategy in China from production,marketing,product research and development,human resources and management.It has formed a unique localized management and management model with local Chinese characteristics.This localization strategy adjustment is the inevitable choice for multinational companies to adapt to the host country's economic development and the only way for them to succeed in China's domestic market.This paper first introduces the connotation of the localization strategy of multinational corporations and multinational corporations and introduces the basic theories about multinational corporations in detail.Then use the method of copywriting,interviews,etc.to analyze the localization strategy of Group B in China,and introduce the development process of Group B and the localization measures in China.This paper mainly uses the quantitative analysis method of EFE and IFE to quantitatively analyze the situation of Group B in China.Use PEST qualitative analysis tools to analyze the local political,economic,cultural,and legal conditions in China;Use SWOT analysis tools to analyze the internal and external environment of Group B and give reasonable suggestions on reasonable strategic choices.Then,summarizing the shortcomings of Group B's localization strategy in China,put forward reasonable rectification opinions and put forward some enlightenment and reference for Chinese enterprises to “go global” strategy.
