The quickly developed economical globalization encourages the multinational corporations (MNCs) to carry out diverting and innovate the investment strategic on after another, positively practices the localization strategy. The localization strategy has become an essential strategy of MNCs globalization strategy and become one of the present main tendencies of MNCs development as well. With the constantly stable growth of Chinese economy and the improvement of the investment environment, MNCs swift launch the large scale systemized investment to China. In the last few years, MNCs executed the localization strategy with enthusiastic attitude in China, in terms of production manufacture, product brand image, and human resources, technical research and development, and so on. China has changed into one of the hottest investment region all over the world.Under the background of economic globalization, this thesis synthetically use the MNCs theory, the strategic theory and the enterprise management theory, basic on the database and the reality to do the research of MNCs's localization strategy in China. It provides the theoretical and practice guide to the Chinese government's macro decision and to how the domestic enterprises meet the competition from the MCNs.At the same time, it will be used for the MNCs who will invest in China as well as the Chinese enterprises who will invest overseas in the near future.This thesis consists of 6 chapters. Firstly, it introduces the background of the economical globalization and the relationship between the MNCs globalization strategy and localization strategy, and then, it elaborates the theoretical foundation, lays emphasis on the relative theories and ideas, and discusses the influence and the motivation of the MNCs localization. Furthermore, this thesis takes more attention to the analysis of the MNCs' localization strategy in China and the main action of the MNCs localization: the product localization, the marketing localization, the research and development localization, the human resource localization, the capital operation localization, the enterprise culture localization. Then it makes WABCO vehicle control system china Ltd. as an example to explain the theory mentioned just now. Finally, this thesis summarizes the profound influence of the MNCs' localization on China, proposes the countermeasure and suggestion, and discusses the enlightenment the MNCs'localization in china brings in.
