In the times of economic globalization, the multinational corporation already becomes the engine of the whole world economic growth and the advance of science and technology. For capturing the host country marketplace, being to gain bigger profit, every multinational corporation in China adopts localization strategy numerously and confusedly. The multinational corporation localization strategy is an organic system, which includes producing localization, purchasing localization, camping localization, human resource localization and researching and developing localization. In this system, human resource localization, definitely managerial talent's localization is the key. Only managerial talent's localization can be regarded as a real localization.This dissertation which is tightened the background of economic globalization, synthesizes International Human Resource Management Theory and Trans-culture Managing Theory; takes the data, fact and case as point of penetration; studies the strategy of managerial talent's gradual localization adopted by multinational corporation in China comprehensively.This dissertation has four chapters: the first chapter expounds the writing background and significance simply; expounds International Human Resource Management theory and Trans-culture Managing Theory which establish a rationale for managerial talent's localization adopted by multinational corporation in China. And sums up the relevance study home and abroad, taking them as the basis of this paper. The second chapter carries out analysis on multinational corporation background of managerial talent's localization in China, which includes the investment condition of Multinational Corporation, the cause, the problem and influencing factors of managerial talent's localization. Then the third chapter points out managerial talent's localization of multinational corporation being one kind of gradual localization, analyses the strategy of gradual localization from process face and structure face, takes example of the strategy of managerial talent's gradual localization of Motorola Company as case and from microcosmic surface analyses managerial talent's gradual localization of multinational corporations in China. The last chapter, gradual localization strategy of multinational corporation has been discussed as enlightenment for our corporation transnational management.
