Faced with the wave of global integration of technology economy,the development of horizontal industry model and the ever-changing customer demand,the competition among enterprises has become more and more fierce,and the scope of competition has also expanded from a single enterprise to the supply chain.In the context of supply chain competition,enterprises simply cannot rely on improving their own manufacturing technology and management methods to meet the needs of competition.Companies need to choose professional suppliers to enhance their competitive advantage and create a competitive supply chain system.The pros and cons of the supplier will affect the cost,price,and construction period of the company's operations,and ultimately affect the market competitiveness of the company.Therefore,supplier selection and evaluation is one of the most important issues in enterprise supply chain management.This has become the focus of corporate managers,and has gradually become a research topic of concern to many experts and scholars.As a national heavy-duty forging production base,a large-scale forging enterprise in Shandong Province(ZD)is facing an unprecedented market competition environment like other automobile manufacturing industries.Constantly paying attention to supplier management has become an inevitable choice for improving quality and increasing efficiency.Under the influence of the supply chain management environment,how to find and cultivate suppliers,especially long-term,stable strategic partnership partners,as the tooling supplier targeted in this article,has become a key management issue that ZD is very concerned about.This paper conducts research based on the relevant theories of supplier selection and evaluation.Based on the existing management analysis of ZD s tooling suppliers,this paper draws out the problems of management status and related data.Based on the existing research results,the research ideas and expected optimization effects are determined.Firstly,select the appropriate tooling supplier selection and evaluation index system suitable for ZD company,and establish the hierarchical structure;secondly,use the Excel spreadsheet tool and use AHP to determine the weight of each indicator;again,improve the scoring system and establish the tooling Supplier selection and evaluation criteria form a complete selection and evaluation management system for tooling suppliers.Finally,case verification and effect analysis of optimization results are expected,which hopes to guide and draw on other suppliers' selection and evaluation of ZD.
