Research On Communication Management Of Beautiful Rural Infrastructure Construction Project In CZ Area

After the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China putting forward the important judgment of "beautiful China".governments at all levels began to strengthen the construction and guidance of beautiful countryside.Further,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the the important strategy of "rural revitalization" Strengthening the construction of beautiful countryside has become the booster of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the main means of realizing rural revitalization.As a livelihood project,the construction of beautiful countryside is receiving more and more attention and support from the government and the masses.However.up to date,most of the research work on beautiful countryside still focuses on the theoretical background of the political policy,emphasizing the connotation of beautiful countryside construction,guiding policies,planning layout,current situation,etc.Few of them has considered the perspective of communication management of beautiful countryside construction projects.Project communication management is an important part of project management,which runs through the whole process of project management.Beautiful rural construction project management is a practical application of project management with new era characteristics.Project communication management is an important part of project management.It runs through the whole process of project management.Beautiful rural construction projects can not achieve success without communication management.Therefore,effective communication management of beautiful rural construction projects is one of the most important things in the management of beautiful rural construction projects.In order to solve the problems of communication management in the construction of beautiful countryside,this paper investigates the construction project of beautiful countryside infrastructure in CZ area of a development zone.Using case study method and data collected from semi-structured interviews and govermment documents,this research explores communication problems existed in the whole life cycle(i.e.,initiating,developing and closing phases)of the beautiful countryside project from the perspective of project owner and proposes corresponding solutions for each problem.This paper innovatively combines the theory of project communication management with the practice of beautiful countryside construction projects.and proposes a set of suggestions the methods to improve the effectiveness of communication managenent of beautiful countryside construction projects.This research has practical implications for communication management of beautiful countryside construction projects in other areas.
