Study On The Construction Of Beautiful Countryside In Xingye County

In 2013,the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to follow the trend of the times,focus on a series of policies of the party’s eighteen proposed "ecological civilization" and the central government’s important strategic thinking,put forward the implementation of "beautiful Guangxi" rural construction activities,focusing on the construction of the beautiful countryside.Guangxi Xingye County as the impoverished county,mainly in the development of agricultural industry,in the development of the rural construction work,carry out the urban and rural environment comprehensive rectification action,promote comprehensive rural reform,strengthening the rural social governance,and promote rural economic development and the construction of clean,ecological,livable,happy New countryside,build livable industrial made,obvious effect.With the continuous deepening of rural construction,the role of project management in promoting the construction of beautiful rural areas in Xingye county has gradually come to light.This article mainly takes Xingye County as an example to study and analyze the progress of the construction of the beautiful rural construction project.It adopts the literature research method,investigation interview method,observation participation method and other writing methods.First of all,the Xingye County beautiful village construction project management status of the analysis,pointed out that the current industrial county beautiful countryside construction preliminary results;secondly,the existing process of Xingye County,beautiful countryside construction projects in the problem are summarized,from the planning stage,the project start-up stage,implementation stage and the end stage summary of four stages.The origin of it is analyzed;finally,according to the existing problems to develop solutions,to further enhance the industrial country overall planning and construction of ecological civilization level.
