Research On Communication Management Of Intelligent Counter Construction Project Of Agricultural And Commercial Bank In Southern Jiangsu Province

In the process of bank network transformation,how to improve the level of network intelligence,replace "traditional manpower" with "intelligent machine",and effectively realize the operation mode of business diversion has become the subject of major banks’ research.Therefore,building an intelligent counter service system and building an intelligent counter project become the necessary means to guarantee the realization of business diversion and help the transformation of bank outlets.The consequent intelligent counter construction project also highlights the importance of many projects in bank operation.Based on the project management theory,this paper cuts through the project communication management and conducts the communication management research of the bank intelligent counter construction project.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which introduces the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the theoretical research on project management and communication management at home and abroad.The second part is the overview of project communication management,mainly expounds the related concepts of project management,the purpose and significance of communication management,and introduces the theoretical basis of the research.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of X-CBIC intelligent counter project construction communication management project,mainly introducing the overall situation of the project and the current project management mode.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes in the construction of the intelligent counter project of X Rural Commercial Bank.Based on the actual situation of the project,it analyzes the reasons for the lack of effectiveness of project communication and the confusion of project communication.The fifth part is the communication optimization and management measures for the intelligent counter project of X Rural Commercial Bank,which is used to guide the follow-up of the smart counter project of X Rural Commercial Bank.Through the combination of theory and practice,the improvement measures of the intelligent counter construction project of X Rural Commercial Bank were obtained,which provided certain guidance and reference for the construction of the follow-up project of X Rural Commercial Bank,further improved the ability of project management and promoted the successful achievement of the project objectives.
