Analysis On Compensation For Demolition Of Urban Village

Urban village is a phenomenon that in the process of urban development,the existing urban area cannot meet the development needs of the city and gradually the surrounding countryside into the urban development planning area.Urban village demolition and reconstruction is effective to promote the local regional economic development,improve the image of the city,and improve the quality of life of the villagers.The main problem in the process of urban village reconstruction is the compensation for the locals of the demolition villages.The process of demolition compensation is also a process of competition among multiple stakeholders.The establishment of scientific,fair and reasonable demolition compensation standard by relevant departments is the key to determine the urban villages whether successfully complete the reconstruction.This article focus on compensation mechanism of the urban village in taiyuan.Meanwhile the system of compensation for the modification of the urban village in taiyuan has carried on the deep understanding.Through the four typical urban villages such as jinyuan district of demolition scheme analysis and field investigation,the taiyuan urban villages reconstruction for details of the compensation standard,incentives,compensation,etc,are summarized.In terms of data analysis,through the questionnaire survey,field interview and literature research were used to analyze and find out the main factors which affect the compensation price of the villagers' willingness to be demolished,including the location of land expropriation,the number of household labor force,the use of agricultural land before and after land expropriation,the degree of dependence on agriculture,and living concerns after demolition.Using multiple logistics regression analysis,the degree of influence of various factors on the compensation price of villagers' willingness to be demolished is obtained.Finally,field survey,statistical analysis and the actual situation are related together,which summarizes the compensation system has some shortcoming of taiyuan urban villages compensation mechanism,the lack of normative compensation program,and the lack of the opportunity to participate in negotiation,even the lack of more attention of the livingenvironment of the resident,employment,pension and other survival security problems.At the same time,some Suggestions are put forward,such as perfecting the relevant laws of urban village demolition compensation,standardizing the management system of demolition industry,formulating reasonable compensation standards and providing sustainable survival guarantee,in order to optimize the demolition compensation mechanism of taiyuan from multiple perspectives and aspects.
