With the rapid development of the global economy and the advent of knowledge economy age,the essence of contemporary economy competition is undoubtedly the competition of human capital.Research personnel are the main participant of technological innovation and the main contributor of economic benefits,play a vital role in the future sustainable development,help the companies to win the competition in the same industry.The loss of scientific manpower weakens the core competitiveness of enterprises,and affects the attraction of enterprises to excellent scientific talents.Therefore,doing a good job of guarding against brain drain risk and making the talents serve the enterprise wholeheartedly is very important.Although many scholars,at home or from abroad,have been doing much research into it.But these studies are based on the general applicable principle,and there is no research related to the brain drain of scientific research in G enterprises,and there is no empirical analysis method and comparative method has been used to study this problem.Therefore,the writer needs to do further investigation and analysis on these problems through a large number of data.This paper analyzes the brain-drain problem in G enterprises,and draws some concrete measures to prevent the brain-drain problem in G enterprises.The problem in G enterprises has the following characteristics such as,large quantity,small age,low professional title,short working experience,etc.The loss of scientific research talents causes the unbalance able structure and the loss of R&D technology in G enterprises.That makes scientific research much more difficult.After a large amount of data collection and collation in the early stage,this paper takes G company as a research object,summarizes the theoretical research achievements and the construction of classical models on brain drain domestic and overseas.This paper summarizes the influencing factors of the core personnel loss in the companies from three aspects.Based on the human capital theory and incentive theory,this paper studies the existing structure of research personnel in G company and the loss of research personnel in the last three years,and investigates the job satisfaction of research personnel in G company by means of questionnaire survey.The statistical analysis indicates that there are four factors have significant impacts on the research personnel loss in G company:salary and welfare,performance appraisal,research environment and career development plan,and gives the corresponding feasible suggestions and solutions.It is hoped that this study will offer help in resolving the same of problem.It will make companies to pay more attentions on brain drain,stabilize the core research team,take precautions against' brain drain,and make companies prosperous in the era of rapid development Economy.It is also hoped that the core talents can not only meet their basic needs,but also obtain higher recognition,give their full play in suitable positions,make them create more benefits,contribute to the country's economic development,achieve their ideal and realize their value.
