In the science and technology to guide the productive forces of the modern society,the talent is the key.Especially in tech companies,the talent is become the most valuable,the most important source of wealth,the core competitiveness of enterprises is finally shown as the competition of talents.Therefore,how to attract talents,retain talents,stable talents has become the focus.How to avoid or reduce the loss of talents has become an important issue to be solved.This requires a way to fundamentally analyze the reasons for the loss of personnel.It need to establish a set of mechanisms to solve this problem.This paper will be through a tech company case of actual life,analysis and research.A company has been successful in attracting top R & D personnel,but has begun to decline with lots of senior technical personnel lost.Through the phenomenon of brain drain in A company,combined with the existing theories of many experts have existed,such as: McClelland's theory(Need for achievement),Robbins(organizational behavior,OB),Vroom(Expectancy Theory),Adams(Equity Theory),Taoist(Govern without intervention)and Confucianism(Wisdom and Faith)etc.Base on these theories,this paper will make a comprehensive analysis from three aspects: the social internal and external environment,the enterprise system and individual factors.Research the reasons of the personnel loss in this case,fundamentally analyze the problem and solve the problem.This paper is characterized by the combination of eastern and western academic.Because western research theories are mostly based on the characteristics of westerners,and it's not necessarily applicable to Chinese enterprises and employees.Chinese people are influenced by traditional Taoism,Confucianism and other cultures.Personality characteristics have a certain degree of independence.Therefore,the theoretical research of this thesis aims at the Chinese people's personality,especially the theory of Chinese traditional culture,combined with the theory of Western countries,together with the demonstration and analysis.Finally,the paper will create a set of balance system that form recruitment to be screened before the election began,until the selector to match the enterprise culture system.Thereby to solve the problem of tech companies brain drain.So as to solve the problem of staff turnover in A company.
