As A financial and logistics enterprise with comparative advantages in the local rural market,A postal company undertakes the social responsibility of universal service in its own development.Serving nagriculture,rural areas and farmers" is the requirement of the party central committee for postal service and the social mission that postal enterprises need to undertake.Rural areas are the foundation and lifeblood of postal services.Continuously deepening rural areas and continuously expanding business channels are the needs of postal services' own development.In order to develop its business and respond to the national call,postal company A set about the layout of the e-commerce industry in rural areas by taking advantage of its own advantages and relying on its own e-commerce platform--youle net,in line with the concept of "serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in A socially responsible manner.Fanners have demands,rural areas have markets and postal services have channels.It is under such a social background that postal enterprises open the development mode of rural e-commerce.This paper mainly studies the rural e-commerce management mode of A post company.The entry point of this paper lies in the background of rural e-commerce development-social and economic background and postal enterprise background.With the rapid development of e-commerce,the economic level and personnel quality of rural areas have been improved,and rural people are eager to change the original sales channels through the Internet.The main purpose of this paper is to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the development of rural e-commerce management mode of A postal enterprise through the existing research,reveal the essence through the phenomenon,and make improvement measxares on the existing basis.In this paper,we use the method of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and grey correlation evaluation system and the SWOT analysis method,through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to construct the target layer and rule layer,macro and micro factors as the criterion layer,A rural electricity postal company business management mode as the goal layer,on the basis of constructing judgment matrix,selecting and weighting index as the final evaluation index.After the index is selected,the grey relational model is used to obtain the evaluation results,and finally the final weight of the index affecting the rural e-commerce management model is obtained.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the current postal management model.Finally,the existing management mode is optimized based on the evaluation results.In this way,the operation and management ability of postal enterprises can be improved,and the competitiveness of postal companies in developing rural e-commerce can be improved.Through the analysis of the scientific method eventually concluded that postal enterprises existing electricity management mode is feasible,but there are some shortcomings and the insufficiency existing pattern,need to improve A postal enterprises,through continuous optimization of internal structure,increase the nunber of outlets,improve staff quality,improve the first industrial added value and reduce delivery link,create brand as well as with the power of government to postal way to realize the development of A rural electricity postal enterprises.
