In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,the scale of enterprises has continued to expand,and more and more enterprises have changed from a single business model to a group-based business model.There are more and more enterprises with this group as the main business model.They bring together talents,capital,technical equipment and production capacity to enhance their competitiveness through scale advantages and resource advantages.The successive expansion of enterprise groups has brought a large amount of funds into one place and gradually formed a capital market within the enterprise.Although this kind of centralized management model has obvious advantages,in the long run,there will be some problems that need to be paid attention to.Shengrong Group Co.,Ltd.is a famous large-scale department store retail enterprise in China.It is a diversified industrial development and investment group,with a number of listed companies at home and abroad and more than 100 holding and shareholding companies.It has become one of the most powerful private enterprises in China.This study used ShengRong Group as a case study,using literature research,case analysisand interview research.The basic theories of research include:principal-agent theory,centralized power separation theory,information asymmetry theory and capital growth theory.Firstly,it introduces the specific situation of centralized management of ShengRong Group's funds from the aspects of account management,capital budget management,fundraising management,fund management and system construction,and discusses the effectiveness of its centralized fund management.Through the introduction of the status quo,it is found that there are some problems in the centralized management of the fund budget of ShengRong Group,and further analyze the problems and explore the deep-seated causes of the problems.Finally,from the aspects of ideological cognition,budget preparation and execution,financing channels and organizational structure,the countermeasures for strengthening the centralized management of ShengRong Group's funds are proposed.It is hoped that it will further improve the centralized management level of ShengRong Group's funds and improve its fund management performance.It is beneficial.
