Rebecca Group's Fund Centralized Management Model Operation Analysis

Enterprise financial management is the core of enterprise financial management,a large number of domestic and international practice cases prove that centralized management of funds is an effective way of fund management.With the development of China's internationalization process,more and more enterprises to go abroad.In 2005,the State Administration of Foreign Exchange(SAFE)issued the "Provisions on Centralized Operation of Foreign Exchange Funds of Multinational Corporations" formally approved the establishment of cross-border foreign exchange funds pool.It provided new ideas for enterprises to solve the centralized management of cross-border funds.R Group is one of the multinational enterprises in China to implement the centralized management.Based on the research of R Group,this paper introduces the development of R Group's centralized management of capital and its fund settlement by means of literature research,case analysis and field investigation.The analysis of the effect of centralized management of funds by the model combined capital settlement center+ capital pool.The centralized management of funds will help to revitalize the internal capital of enterprises,integrate of internal funds,reduce financial costs.And the evaluation of R's fund management effect from the aspects of capital control,fund management effect,information system application and risk management.It evaluates the effect of R company's fund management from the aspects of capital control,fund management effect,information system utilization and risk management,and thinks that the model basically achieves the goal of centralized management of funds.
