Research On The Application Of Lean Management In D Irradiation Processing Enterprise

Lean production method is the most popular production method in the world today.This production method is widely recognized in the manufacturing industry by taking Toyota’s success as an example.Its core idea is to continuously reduce the cost of the enterprise by eliminating ineffective labor and various wastes.Reduce the production cycle and improve product quality to ensure the competitiveness of enterprises.China has a large manufacturing scale and a complete industrial system.How to successfully implement lean production has become the fundamental reason for manufacturing companies to achieve sufficient competitiveness in a complex market environment.In this thesis,the status quo of irradiation material modification production in D irradiation processing enterprise is analyzed,and through the questionnaire analysis of the D irradiation processing enterprises in the production site,equipment management,production process and quality management problems,according to this a series of problem,designed for D irradiation processing enterprises of the lean production mode in order to solve the current problems,and puts forward measures to ensure the smooth implementation of lean production,for D irradiation processing enterprises to improve the production environment,improve equipment comprehensive utilization,optimization of production process and the establishment of comprehensive quality management system proposed the reasonable solution.Specifically,the first is to comprehensively implement 5S and visualmanagement improvement,mainly including the establishment of workshop 5S management score evaluation table and 5S promotion committee organizational structure,and then to urge the formation of a series of visual management of materials,equipment,process,quality,safety and staff in the form of a variety of kanban;Second,TPM is comprehensively introduced to improve the overall utilization rate of equipment,mainly including the study on measures to shorten the downtime of failure,shorten the production preparation time in the process of product conversion and reduce the idle of equipment.Improvement is made by setting up a cross-department team,improving the records of failure and maintenance,and establishing an abnormal statistical analysis module.The third is the optimization of production process,which mainly includes the establishment of material process plan,employee training system and assembly process optimization;Finally,the establishment of a total quality management system,which mainly includes the establishment of a total quality management system at 5M,the provision of product quality assurance with three tools,and the establishment of a proposal system and QC team.
