Analysis Of Village Classification And Its Influencing Factors Based On Industrial Development In Henan Province

Since entering the 21 st century,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has issued the "Sannong" No.1 document for 17 consecutive years to analyze the development issues of "Sannong" from all levels,which is conducive to creating a new rural development trend that adapts to the development of the times.Villages,as necessary carriers for the production and life of the majority of farmers in China,are an important platform for implementing rural revitalization strategies.In the face of diversified village types,the village revitalization has divided them into four types and made it clear that the village development model does not involve one size fits all Encourage villages to take advantage of their comparative advantages,optimize leading industries according to local conditions,and support the development of village industries such as characteristic agriculture,rural industry,trade,and leisure services.To classify various types of villages according to their leading industries,and then to seek the influencing factors from the county and village level for different types of villages,and finally select non-agricultural dominant typical villages for development model analysis is the focus of this study.This article is of great significance for accurately locating the supporting objects of rural revitalization in Henan Province,clarifying the positioning of the village itself,guiding the development of the village's personality,and supplementing the theoretical knowledge of rural planning.The article is based on the survey data of rural areas in Henan Province in 2015 and 2018.Under the background of land use land cover data(referred to as LUCC data),according to whether the village has non-agricultural leading industries,the specific types of non-agricultural leading industries and the proportion of migrant workers The sample villages in Henan Province were divided into two levels,which were divided into two types: agricultural-dominated villages and non-agricultural-dominated villages.Among them,agricultural-dominated villages include agricultural business-type villages and agricultural non-working-type villages.Non-agricultural leading villages include six types of industrial and industrial villages,industrial non-working villages,commercial and industrial villages,commercial non-working villages,industrial and commercial villages and industrial and commercial non-working villages.The article carried out spatial analysis and nuclear density analysis of various types of villages.The study found that there are many agricultural-dominated villages,and their distribution peaks are multi-core.They are mainly concentrated in the sloped plains of the Taihang Mountains,the eastern and central plains,and the northern Yellow River Basin The area that flows through,the Nanyang Basin and the hilly area,and the Xinyang paddy field area in the south.There are few non-agricultural-dominated villages,and their distribution peaks are spatially polarized.They are mainly concentrated in northwestern Henan and central Henan provinces,and there are sporadic distributions around the cities in Henan province.The type of village development is affected by multiple factors such as the national system,regional policy environment,the geographical environment of the village itself,and the development of people in the village.For agricultural-dominated villages and non-agricultural-dominated villages,this paper merges the subdivided village types and divides them into binary logistic studies.Starting from the two dimensions of county and village,through the regression of empty model,random intercept development model,fixed slope development model,random slope development model and multi-variable cross-layer interactive multi-layer development model,find out the significant factors that affect the type of village.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The value of the correlation coefficient ICC in the empty model group is 0.32,and there is a considerable degree of inter-group heterogeneity or intra-group homogeneity between villages in Henan Province,and there are about 32.3% of the total variation in the factors affecting the village development type in Henan Province It is caused by the difference in the county where the sample village is located,and about 67.7% of the total variation is caused by the sample village itself.(2)At the county level,the number of industrial enterprises above the unit size and the urbanization rate significantly affect the probability that the sample village type is non-agricultural-dominant.The higher the number of industrial enterprises above the unit size and the higher the urbanization rate,the stronger the driving force for non-agricultural industries in villages,and the greater the probability that the village will be non-agricultural.(3)At the village level,the highest level of crossing roads,the support rate of the village chief,and the number of township and village enterprises in the village all positively affect the probability that the sample village type is non-agricultural.When the highest level of village road crossing the village changes from below county to provincial road and from provincial road to national road,the village development type is more likely to be a non-agricultural dominant village.The higher the support rate of the village head in the village,the more likely the village where the village is heading will diversify.The more township and village enterprises in the village,the more they can promote employment in the village,develop village non-agricultural industries,and increase the probability that the village is non-agricultural-dominated.The total fare into the county has a significant negative impact on the probability of the sample village type being non-agricultural.The more the total fare into the county,the farther the village is from the county,the fewer development opportunities,and the more likely the village is non-agricultural small.
