Study On The Classification Of Regional Types And The Optimization Model Of The Villages In Southeast Of Chongqing

With the profound influence of industrialization and urbanization,the rapid development of rural economy in China,at the same time,the rural areas have been decreasing the number of rural cultivated land,the village of human settlements in general,the village disorderly expansion,scattered village layout,rural infrastructure and other issues.The disorderly development of the village has had a serious damaging effect on the economic and social development of the village,affecting the improvement of the quality of life of the villagers' living and the sustainable development of the villages.The southeastern area is located in the southeastern part of the Sichuan Basin.It is a basin margin mountainous area formed by the intersection of the Dalou Mountain and the Wuling Mountain.The landforms are complex and the villages are diverse and complex.Therefore,this paper chooses the southeastern part of Chongqing as a study object,through the comprehensive analysis of topography,remote degree,size pattern,economic type,social and economic development level,ethnic composition and other factors,and then divided the study area of the village type,and for different types of villages to explore its optimization model.Based on the research of the relevant data of the study area and the field investigation and questionnaire survey,this paper uses the method of combining theoretical research with empirical analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to establish the relevant index system,using cluster analysis,correlation analysis,comprehensive evaluation and other methods,the classification of villages in the southeastern Chongqing is divided into relatively low-lying ethnic minorities in the relatively developed economies,relatively low-lying ethnic minorities scattered economic lag,low-lying remote ethnic minorities living in the economy serious lagging type,low mountain hills and remote ethnic minorities living in the economic lag,trough Pingba less developed and other five types of land.In view of the regional types of villages in the southeastern Chongqing area,the principles of ecological protection,people-oriented,economic development,sustainable development and local conditions are put forward.The relatively low-lying economy is relatively developed-leisure tourism leads the development of villages,Lagging behind-cooperatives to promote industrialization to promote the development of villages,lowlying remote economy is seriously lagging behind-ecological migration driven village development,low hills and remote economic lag-labor export driven village development,trough Pingba open area-characteristics of tourism agriculture to promote village development and other village optimization model,and for these models put forward the implementation path.
