With the impetus of society and technology development,the competition of talents turns out to be the main part of market competition.The electromechanical industry is also making its efforts to comply with market economy.The demands for talents are increasing,so the competitions of attracting talents between enterprises are intense.Performance assessment comes to be the main core of human resource management process.In order to solve the problems of lacking of talents within enterprises,it is extremely urgent to set the reasonable incentive plan system.This paper studied theoretical knowledge of performance assessment as well as searching the newest performance assessment methods combined with current situation of electromechanical industry by reading relevant literatures together with real cases,which turns from theory to practice.Meanwhile,for research methods,literature research,questionnaire,and interview were integrated.Firstly,this paper introduces the theory of performance assessment and commonly used performance assessment methods;secondly,it analysis the performance assessment of Nanfang Electric Machinery Company and pointed out the existing problems while assessment processing and figured out the reasons;Last but not least,built out the adaptive performance assessment and raise the corresponding measures combined with the current situation of company.The final result showed out that there are some unreasonable points of assessment KPI and weight of the performance assessment of company,the incentive is less of motivation while less of negotiation and feedbacks between different reporting lines,which is restricting to the development of company to some degree.This paper is planning to design the performance assessment incentive plans to solve the existing problems within Nanfang Electric Machinery Company which would offer theory guidance to employees as well as to be a reference for similar enterprises of performance assessment.
