Performance appraisal is an important part of modern enterprise management,which plays a direct role in enterprise management and execution efficiency.Efficient performance appraisal method can not only improve the enthusiasm of employees,but also optimizing the organizational structure and promote the good development of the enterprise.Domestic enterprise of performance appraisal research started relatively late,development is not balanced,especially most of the state-owned enterprises,the existing performance appraisal scheme has many imperfect aspects,such as unreasonable appraisal index,appraisal become a mere formality,these problems seriously hindered the development of the enterprise itself,to optimize the performance evaluation system has become the core of the reform of state-owned enterprises.This paper takes the performance appraisal system of financial staff of HNYD company as the object.Like most state-owned enterprises,the financial staff of HNYD company lacks of appraisal methods,the staff's working enthusiasm is not very high,the performance appraisal is not efftive for HNYD company.In this article,through the method of literature study,in-depth interviews,etc to HNYD company financial personnel of the current performance evaluation method to carry on the thorough investigation,to find the existing problems in the company's performance appraisal and find the reasons of the appraisal,then the key performance index method and balanced scorecard method as the foundation,in combination with the practical situation of enterprise,act according to actual circumstances,design a set of conform to the enterprise strategy development needs,make the enterprise financial personnel performance appraisal scheme is composed of a single pattern,now turned into a variety of performance evaluation method of integrated use of strategic performance evaluation plan,In order to achieve the purpose of improving the ability to achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise,enhance business efficiency,integration and optimization of enterprise human resource allocation,stimulate the enthusiasm of financial staff work at the same time for other enterprises in the communication industry how to design the financial staff performance appraisal system to provide ideas and reference.This paper has 5 figures,29 tables and 71 references.
