In recent years, mobile Internet,4G and other new technologies, new products lead the industry changes, market environment and consumer behavior has changed at the same time, the telecom operators, marketing fee costs are continuing to drop, the way the original extensive channel management, single channel sales mode and loose already can not adapt to the the new requirements of the development of the situation, for S Mobile Corporation, by the end of 2014 there are still the problem of channel layout is not reasonable, comprehensive sales ability, store image,4G sales atmosphere, old terminal and 4G business integration sales ability. The new development environment, will accelerate the change of channels, marketing mode, management skills, product sales, channel management and personnel quality are put forward higher request to change the status quo, to adapt to the new situation, to enhance quality and efficiency as the core of the channel reformation is important, channel deepening reformation project of S Mobile Corporation, it is in this context to determine the implementation of the 2015. Effect of channel deepening reformation project of S Mobile Corporation on the one hand by the telecom operators own the characteristics of the industry, on the other hand, because the project itself covers combing channel system, optimizing channel layout, unified channel image, the change of sales mode, strengthen personnel management, improve the supporting system and so on many aspects of the work, must face the influence of uncertain factors, risk the project will face more and more complex, so it has very important significance to research on risk management of the project.Based on the description of the project risk management theory, based on a large amount of project risk management related literature analysis, combined with the characteristics of channel deepening reformation project of S Mobile, the project risk planning, identification, estimation, evaluation and response research, analyzed the risk management planning process of the project, targeted by the checklist method and brainstorming method to identify risks to the project, and in accordance with the project inputs to identify personnel, capital, technology, time and other 5 types of a total of 17 risk factors, the formation of risk identification list. Get the probability of occurrence and harm degree of each risk factor and then through the expert investigation method, the Kendall coefficient of concordance is verified by the consistency of expert opinion, using the risk evaluation index method of important degree and sort the various risk factors, evaluation of project risk evaluation method using risk graph. Finally, on the basis of risk identification and evaluation, according to the different risk level puts forward corresponding countermeasures of risk, combining the channel deepening reformation project of S Mobile the actual situation, from risk prevention, risk mitigation and risk sharing of the project risk in three aspects of strategy and measures.In this paper, through the analysis of project practice deepen the reformation of Mobile Corporation S channels, various risk factors to identify the channel reformation project encountered, through estimation and evaluation for channel reformation projects, capital risk and risk to the personnel channel reformation project, in the channel reformation projects should focus on.
