Study On The Impact Of Trade Facilitation Of "One Belt And One Road" Countries On China's Export

"One Belt and One Road" initiative provides new opportunities for The development of China's export trade.It can increase China's export demand and turn excess capacity into productive forces.It not only enriches the system of opening up to the outside world,but also meets the requirements of deepening reform at home.At the same time,with the development of economic globalization,tariffs and other traditional trade barriers have gradually disappeared as a barrier to trade,and various trade non-efficiency issues have prompted countries to gradually pay attention to trade facilitation."Area" all the way along the country's trade facilitation has great room to improve,there is a greater potential for trade,and under the "area" initiative,with the cooperation of countries along the more and more in our country.In this context,empirical study of the"One Belt And One Road" countries along the trade facilitation on China's export trade has great significance.This paper based on the comparative advantage theory,transaction cost theory and asymmetric information theory to analyze the influence of trade facilitation to export mechanism,and then it analyzes China's export status to countries along the "One Belt And One Road" from the perspectives of export scale,export structure and export region.On the basis of building a set contains 4 first-level indicators,14 secondary indicators index system of trade facilitation,and adopt principal component analysis(PCA)is obtained by SPSS to calculate the corresponding level of trade facilitation.through comparison and analysis between the various countries and regions of the confirmed there are many differences between level of trade facilitation.In terms of empirical analysis,this paper constructs an extended gravity model,selects variable data from 2010 to 2018,and studies the impact of trade facilitation of countries along the "One Belt and One Road" on China's total export volume,export structure and export region from both horizontal and vertical perspectives.At the same time,in order to distinguish the impact of comprehensive trade facilitation indicators and different trade facilitation measures on exports,from the vertical perspective,the analysis of comprehensive indicators and different trade facilitation measures are carried out.On this basis,the export potential of different countries,goods and regions was measured,and how much more exports would be increased by improving trade facilitation was predicted.The results show that(1)the level of trade facilitation of countries along the"One Belt And One Road" significantly promote Chinese exports,including infrastructure,information technology for the promotion of China's export effect significantly,this shows that in the "area" in the construction of national trade facilitation,should focus on improving infrastructure and information technology to these two conditions of "hard".(2)the trade facilitation level of countries along the"One Belt And One Road" has a significant impact on the export of low technology products,middle technology products and high technology products,among which the export of middle and high technology products has the greatest impact,which indicates that the export of middle and high technology products has more advantages,which is conducive to the upgrading of China's export structure.(3)In terms of subregions,the improvement of trade facilitation level in Central Asia,West Asia,North Africa and Europe has a significant promotion effect on China's exports.The signing of free trade agreements between Southeast Asia and South Asia has a greater impact.Therefore,China should adjust measures to local conditions and determine strategic priorities accordingly.(4)China's export trade potential to countries along the "Belt and Road" is great,and more than half of the countries' trade potential type is huge and pioneering.Next,the growth rate of China's export to China is estimated by upgrading the level of trade facilitation.By measuring the trade potential of different types of products,it is found that China's export potential of resource-intensive products is the largest,while the promotion effect of trade facilitation on medium-tech products is the largest.Finally,through the calculation of regional trade potential,it is found that China has great trade potential in South Asia,and the trade facilitation construction in central Asia and southern Europe deserves special attention.Finally,according to the empirical results,put forward targeted policy recommendations.
