Evaluation Research Of Enterprise New Ship Profit Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With rapid growth of global economy and speeded of economic integration, the seatransportation increases quickly. Statistics showed that90%of global goods trade iscompleted by sea transportation. Under influence of increasingly busy sea traffic and thelife, property, environment factors at sea, maritime transport ships are developing towardslarge-scale, specialization, quickly, automation and becoming a safety, efficienttransportation. As a Chinese national industry of internationally competitive and limitedamount, marine industry has a strong cyclical. When economic development in goodcondition, the performance of marine industry would be better, when encounters afinancial crisis, marine industry also sustained injuries. How do shipyards keep higherprofit level in the complex ship market, occupy an invincible position, and steadily expandbusiness?This thesis did a concrete and in-depth research to affecting factors of ship enterpriseprofit, and presented a series of feasible countermeasures. First, it analyzed the situation ofworld’s current newly-built ship market, deduced profits formula of enterprise newly-builtship, and summarized the affecting factors of enterprise newly-built ship profit. Second, itintroduced the basic theory and characteristics of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,taking a Guangzhou shipyard as an example, established a reasonable evaluation system ofnew ship profit based on this method, the result showed that the newly-built ship profitlevel of the shipyard was just not to the losses, and processed a total arrangement of profitinfluence factors according to the result. Finally, put forward a series of concrete measuresand it has certain directive significance to add ship enterprise newly-built shipprofitability.The profit level of ship enterprise determinered its death, the profit income was lower,the enterprise would face more difficult management, even bankruptcy. Thus, doing profitevaluation and setting up the profit evaluation system became one of important researchdirection in today’s shipbuilding industry.
