With the continuous development and progress of science and technology,the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.The development of enterprises must rely on human resources,only by widely absorbing various talents,in order to make the enterprise in the development process of continuous innovation,in an invincible position.PAZZ bank is in urgent need of a large number of excellent talents to optimize the talent team due to the continuous expansion of enterprise scale and business scope in recent years.With the deepening of recruitment management,the problems of PAZZ bank have become increasingly prominent.The talent team has been unable to meet the current employment needs,which has seriously hindered the sound sustainable development of PAZZ bank.The problems need to be solved urgently.This paper starts from the characteristics of the financial industry in which PAZZ bank is located,USES the recruitment management theory,the enterprise's internal and external environment theory as the basis,draws lessons from the successful practice of recruitment management at home and abroad,and systematically studies the problems,causes and solutions to the recruitment management of PAZZ bank in the context of the strategic transformation in recent years.This article will PAZZ banking recruitment management problems mainly summed up in six aspects,respectively is the lack of strategic human resource planning,recruitment to prepare enough,no long-term talent pool development plans,improper selection recruitment channels,recruitment management system assessment mechanism is not sound,and insufficient human resources module integration.The external causes of the problems mainly include national policies and regulations,the supply-demand relationship of talents in the financial industry and the development of the industry,etc.The internal causes mainly include the development stage of PAZZ bank,the recruitmentmanagement policy and the salary treatment.In this paper,we study think PAZZ banking recruitment management problems are: perfect the human resource planning and job analysis,set up perfect recruitment channel management,establish and improve the recruitment process management,build scientific recruitment assessment system,to establish a long-term talent development plan "reservoir",integration of human resources training mechanism for examination and assessment of establishing and perfecting the talents of other modules.The countermeasures will be combined with the characteristics of the financial industry to promote the scientific recruitment of financial institutions in the stage of strategic transformation,so as to provide reference for other financial institutions to solve the recruitment management problems in the process of transformation.
