With the advent of knowledge economy, human resources become the key elements of productivity. Campus recruitment is a good chance to set up talent pool, establish talent echelon, demonstrate the enterprise image and shape the employer brand. Therefore, campus recruitment has become one of the key functions of human resources management. F Oil Corporation which is a branch of a fortune 500 company has 20 thousand employees and 40 billion Yuan annual income. The main services which include oil technical support, oil equipment sale, chemical refining are going well. Its operating regions are around coastal area in China and 16 foreign countries. With the development of the company, F Oil Corporation recruits nearly 1 thousand graduates every year. As the recruitment process of F Oil Corporation which is non-standardized and simplistic is inefficient, most of the new recruits didn’t have good performance after they joined the company. This situation wasn’t benefit for the company.For improving the quality of campus recruitment and the performance of the employees, the author has made a recruitment process which met the requirement of F Company. In this thesis, the author elaborated some knowledge of campus recruitment, contrasted all of the recruitment methods, and described some problem of current recruitment.The author designed the recruitment system for F Oil Corporation which includes the recruitment method and process, so that it could ensure the development of F Oil Corporation.
