With the advent of the 21 st century, the increasingly fierce competition among corporations ultimately turns into the competition for talent. The campus recruitment means that recruit experienced employees and spend a lot of manpower and financial resources recruiting graduates as the cornerstone for long-term stable development. Therefore the long-term development of campus recruitment has strategic importance for employers. This paper analyzes the campus recruitment status and problems of company J and helps gradually optimize with theories related.Based on theories of strategic human resource management, job matching, achievement motivation, talent assessment and more, this paper analyzes the current status and problems of company J and concludes that campus recruitment consists of research, preparation, implementation and feedback. Employers should recruit young talents through campus recruitment as one of the most important channels, draw up and implement the plan and screen candidates by scientific talent assessment tools. The recruitment plan has to be gradually optimized in the course of implementation.How to run the campus recruitment program is closely related to the human resources strategy development of enterprises. It consists of the development of human resources planning, human resource planning as the cornerstone and corporate strategy and recruitment plan. Recruitment plans use job analysis, job descriptions, assessment and interviews to determine the quantity and type of recruitment. Campus recruitment is a project with two-three months or six months long. Employers should develop a complete recruitment program as the basis for the implementation. Therefore, its quality will affect the results of the preparatory work on campus recruiting, while corporate policies also has an important role to attract talent. There are two aspects matter. Campus talk, which is a efficient way of enterprises to closely contact with students and enable students to understand the business development, jobs, pay and benefits, etc., in order to attract students resume. Evaluation and assessment tools, by which filter out qualified students in a modern scientific way. After the implementation of campus recruitment, companies should always pay attention to those on-board students and keep them in different ways. As for evaluation of the effect of campus recruitment, we use SWOT and Human Resources Management Diagnostic Model for analysis while we use Quantitative Evaluation and the Earned Value Analysis to evaluate and control the overall process and cost to achieve the best effect result of campus recruitment.This paper eventually concludes that the campus recruitment is a main channel for employers to recruit young talents and only use scientific talent assessment tools can employers screen candidates.
