Graduating student, as a special knowledge staff has attracted many attentions of the enterprises. The first set foot on the "student army" is not only full of vitality,innovative thinking and fighting spirit,they can join injected fresh blood to the enterprise. If we can make good use of campus recruitment of enterprises, will be able to greatly enhance the enterprise the competitive ability. However, many enterprises campus recruitment validity is low,which seriously restrict the long-term development of the enterprise. Therefore, the research on influential factors and counter-measures of recruitment validity has become common concern of enterprises and academics.This paper summarizes the definition of recruitment effectiveness, the influential factors of recruitment effectiveness and the Characteristics of campus recruitment validity through the literature analysis method. This paper modify the influential factors through different groups of interview. On this basis, this paper designed a fresh graduates and enterprise editions of two questionnaires. Through the analysis of questionnaire data, the paper finally determines the influential factors on campus recruitment validity and its degree.The influential factor system of campus recruitment validity includes two aspects:enterprise and fresh, consists of eight dimensions and26sub factors, which all have positive effects. Enterprise factors influence on the effect of campus recruitment, from strong to weak are:enterprise appeal, the school team, school recruiting strategy, late school recruit, recruit plan in the school, the school recruit. Fresh factors effect on campus recruitment influence power degree of sequence is job skills, signing later.According to the influential factors, this paper put forward related suggestions so as to provide some useful basis for the improving countermeasures of campus recruitment validity.
