With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,whether a manufacturing company can recruit talents with high degrees and technologies by campus recruitment is quite important.To be winners of campus recruitment has become one focus for human resource managers in enterprises of all types.Through literature study,we found that empirical analysis of certain manufactory,which studies campus recruitment of fresh graduates who will become engineers and technical workers,are rare in China.Therefore,we conducted an empirical study of company A,which represents trends of high tech enterprises in the rapid development of industrialization.We focused on analyzing problems in recruitments of company A,and then gave feasible recommendations.The full text is divided into six parts.In the first part we introduced relevant background and significance of the study,the research object,contents as well as research methods.’Then in the second part,we showed domestic and foreign research situation of the present campus recruitment.After that,in the third part,we introduced the whole process and each factor of campus recruitment for technical stuffs of company A.In the fourth part,we made descriptions of the five outstanding problems in recruitment amd managements.In the fifth part of the paper,we had a more thorough analysis to these five questions.In the last part,the sixth,we drew conclusions and made recommendations.The innovation point of this paper lies in the view,of which diversity targeted recruitment and the multiplicities of corporation responsibilities of company A were considered,lies in the deep-in analysis of the problems in campus recruitmet and daily management of technicians,and lies in improvement suggestions of recruitments. |
