With the fierce competition in the real estate market,from "National Five",to "National Eight",to "National Ten",to "New National Ten" to "the house is used to live,not speculated",the government's regulatory policies continue to be tightening,the real estate industry has gradually shifted from “the era of huge profits” to “the era of low profits”.Under this circumstance,the establishment of a practical,applicable and effective performance management system for real estate enterprises is quite essential,which can greatly improve the internal management efficiency and external market competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve the strategic goals.The thesis is based on the relevant theories of performance management,takes the Project X in Company B as the research object,and adopts a combination of literature search,on-site discussion,questionnaire survey,and inductively summarizes the problems of the company B project in employee performance management,and points out that the key to the problem lies in the managers who pay more attention to business rather than the inner management,the lack of a comprehensive performance management system for the project team,and the lack of training for performance management participants.Then,in response to these key issues in the performance management of Project X,the corresponding optimization and improvement plan is proposed.The specific contents include: to clarify the principles and objectives of optimization and improvement;toadopt the method of combining balanced scorecard and key performance indicators to optimizing the performance evaluation index system at the project level,department level,and employee level,respectively.;and to optimize the performance evaluation method,the evaluation implementation process,evaluation result feedback,and application of evaluation results.Finally,combined with the actuality of Company B's X project,the implementation guarantee of the new plan is put forward from the perspectives of striving for the support of senior leaders,perfecting the supporting system,strengthening performance management training,strengthening the implementation process control to ensure the implementation of the plan.The study of Company B's X project,as the a typical real estate project,can not only further improve the company's human resources management system,and lay the foundation for the company's further development,but also for other real estate companies.The performance management work also has a certain reference value.At present,the performance evaluation and optimization plan proposed for Project X has begun to be piloted in the project's performance management,which has been recognized by the project organization leadership,human resources department,and most employees,and has been given very positive evaluations and feedback.In the follow-up study,I will further improve and optimize the plan in combination with the execution effect,with a view to optimizing the performance appraisal system,and truly improve the human efficiency of Project X,and also provide a good reference for the similar real estate companies..
