China's economic development has made important achievements since the reform and opening up,and the real estate industry has played an indelible role as a pillar industry in the process of economic development.The rise of China's commercial real estate in the 1990 s has been more than 30 years of development.With the continuous expansion of the economic scale of our country,the scale of the real estate industry and the number of companies have also increased dramatically.After the rain sprung up.Due to the development and improvement of the real estate industry industry chain and business model in recent years,the focus of the real estate industry has begun to shift from the previous "investment" and "efficiency" to "talent" and "development",making the focus of real estate research on real estate performance management.Transfer.From the perspective of performance management theory,this paper expounds the basic concepts,processes and three basic methods of performance management,and aims to provide theoretical basis for the analysis of the performance status of L Real Estate Zhongshan Branch.By consulting the company's performance management charter,issuing questionnaires,and field interviews,the company's performance management status of Zhongshan Branch of L Real Estate was deeply understood,and the problems and deficiencies in its performance management process were analyzed.According to the problems,it was from three perspectives: industry,company and employees Find out why.Aiming at these problems and their causes,the balanced scorecard method was used to optimize and improve the performance management of L Real Estate Zhongshan Branch.The optimization measures focused on the optimization of performance management processes,the optimization of performance evaluation indicators,and the optimization of performance management around strategic goals.Finally,compare the old and new performance management strategy maps.The research in this paper hopes to improve the research on real estate performance management,and at the same time,provide the direction for the optimization and improvement of L real estate performance management and promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
