Economic globalization and the development of the information age have brought great competition to all kinds of enterprises,as well as unprecedented opportunities.Especially in China's real estate industry after nearly 20 years of rapid development,urgent need to adjust the strategic management mode in the new era.Especially in today's era,the core of enterprise competition is the competition of talents,how to build up high-quality talent team quickly,improve staff's working efficiency and realize sustainable development of enterprises under the background of the opportunity and challenge,is the most difficult problem nowadays.This article takes Hunan Province state Big Real Estate Limited company as the research object,takes the discovery question,the analysis question to solves the question as the research main line,uses the literature research method,the investigation method and the statistic analysis method and so on the national big Company's staff performance appraisal existing question as well as the optimization direction carries on the analysis.Firstly,the development of real estate industry and the background of employee performance management are deeply understood,and then the professional knowledge of performance management,including the process of performance evaluation and common methods,is thoroughly combed.Secondly,this paper is based on the understanding of Hunan National Real Estate Co.,Ltd.in the employee performance management system,This paper analyzes the existing problems in the evaluation system of performance management and the causes of the problems,and finally,according to the practical problems,it optimizes the contents of the evaluation,the setting of the index system,the examination cycle and process,the supervision system of the evaluation and the feedback mechanism of the evaluation results.The research object of this thesis is that the problems and defects existing in the appraisal of employee performance management in Hunan Guo Da Real Estate Co.,Ltd.are also common with other enterprises in the same industry.Therefore,the optimization of this paper will not only provide guidance for the staff performance management of large companies,but also help other companies to optimize the performance evaluation system and provide reference for them.
