At present,downward pressure on the domestic economy is gradually increasing,the economic and financial situation is grim and complex.Many financial industries are facing crisis.At the same time,the rapid development of Internet finance has brought the financial industry into a new situation and greatly affected the development of the traditional banking industry.However,due to the large size,poor foundation and slow transformation of rural commercial Banks,as well as the impact of macroeconomic changes,regulatory policy adjustment and system and mechanism failure,the pressure of competition in the industry has increased sharply.Therefore,In order to facing these new economy situation,the top priority to strengthen staff management,enhance staff's enthusiasm,stimulate staff's work enthusiasm and creativity,and then promote the innovation and development of the whole system.Based on the above background,this paper takes L Rural Commercial Bank as the research object,and conducts an investigation and analysis on how to improve the enthusiasm of employees.As a county-level rural commercial bank,L Rural Commercial Bank,due to its remote location,poor credit environment,and weak management and management foundation,the contradictions are even more prominent.Employees also show varying degrees of decline in work performance and greater resistance.Due to the phenomenon of improper professional attitude,some employees are passively idle and not enthusiastic,and it is difficult to implement the work efficiently.In response to this situation,the author has investigated the actual status of L Rural Commercial Bank,designed and distributed questionnaires,communicate with staff interview,found the main factors affecting its employees enthusiasm is yet to be perfect performance appraisal system,employee leave rotational system cannot be implemented and promote employment mechanism remains to be perfect,the management of the middle management level needs to improve,some employees fail to realize their self-value,some branches pay little attention to the working environment,and young employees generally have low enthusiasm.Through the above research findings,combined with a large number ofliteratures,The author believes that L Rural Commercial Bank can focus on improving the employees' enthusiasm from three aspects,namely perfecting the internal system of the unit,paying attention to the improvement of employees' comprehensive quality,and creating a healthy and harmonious working environment.Promote the steady development of L Rural Commercial Bank to make a small contribution.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for how to improve the enthusiasm of the employees in the entire rural commercial banking system.I believe that as long as we strengthen the enthusiasm management of employees,we really strengthen the sense of responsibility,urgency,and crisis to do a good job.On the other hand,you can actively respond to various difficulties and challenges by taking advantage of the situation!...
