With the acceleration of the global economic integration,the bank is playing a more and more important role in the national economy.Banks are knowledge intensive and labor intensive organization,human resource management is the main body of bank management.In Laos,the development of the commercial bank started late and the infrastructure is backward.Lower management level of banks has hindered its development.In particular,the problem of employee motivation is becoming more prominent,which reduces the satisfaction of employee.Low employee satisfaction leads to lower enthusiasm,which leads to the decrease of the efficiency of the work.which will ultimately affect the development of banks.That will hinder the development of banks.In order to find out the existing problems,improve the motivation situation and achieve the strategic objectives of the development of the commercial bank,the problem of employee motivation in the Laos commercial bank is explored in this paper.Based on the theory of motivation,this paper compares the system development of the commercial bank of China and Laos.Then taking the successful experience of Chinese commercial banks as reference to provide some inspiration for the solution of the motivation problem of the Laos commercial banks.After that,the questionnaire survey method and interview method are used in this paper,the topics include job satisfaction,employee training,salary and benefits,employee career planning,job promotion,job environment,etc.Then the factors that affect the satisfaction of the employee are sorted.The problems of the existing problems of the commercial banks in the Laoss are analyzed in the aspects of motivation idea,motivation system and motivation system.Aiming at these problems,solving targets are put forward in this paper.The Motivation scheme is optimized from personal career goals,work content,salary and benefits,employee relations and spiritual needs.Finally,the improvement measures and suggestions are put forward to solve the motivation problem of the the commercial banks in Laos.
