The reformation of the state-owned enterprises is one of the key areas for China's 40 years of reform and opening up.It actively promotes the reform of state-owned enterprises and is conducive to the preservation and appreciation of state-owned capital.The abilities,vitality,attitude,behavior,and efficiency of the employees will determine the strength of the company.Based on the special management mode and operation system of state-owned enterprises,the engagement and self-subjective initiative performance of state-owned enterprise employees is not satisfactory.How to drive the dedication and cohesion of the employees in state-owned enterprises to better serve their enterprises will affect the growth and expansion of enterprises.Combined with the current sluggish economic environment,the research in this field is conducive to find a reasonable breakthrough path for the rebirth of state-owned enterprises under the pressure of the economic downturn.Based on the above background,the research mainly includes the following five parts:The first chapter briefs the logical relationship and methodological guidance of the research system,and initially completes the design plan and the research object which based on the research background and the significance of the topic selection.The second chapter analyzes the number of literature on the employee relationship of state-owned enterprises,engagement.Then it completes the first step of the "rooted"research,which is the full grasp of the literature.Drawing on the research results of predecessors,the guidelines for this research is gradually formed.The third chapter is guided by the grounded theory.Based on the qualitative research such as observation and interview,the research model of the factors affecting the engagement of H Group employees is constructed from the of individuals,enterprises and society through the secondary coding.The fourth chapter uses the questionnaire survey,data statistics and other quantitative methods to verify and optimize the model.The fifth chapter discusses the reasonable factors which can drive employee engagement and the management implications,moreover it proposes a feasible outlook for improving the employee engagement of state-owned enterprises.This study draws the following conclusions based on three levels of individual,enterprise and society:(1)From the individual level,fair cognition is the primary requirement of employee engagement in state-owned enterprises and the rational use of emotional needs such as the sense of identity has a certain effect on improving employee engagement.(2)From the enterprise level,the "field" role of state-owned enterprises will also affect employee engagement,it is necessary to reform the administrative atmosphere and the corporate system(including strategy,departmental functions and performance).(3)From the social level,the unstable economic situation plays a potential role of "maintaining a productive workforce".The management enlightenment of the research includes:it is necessary to improve the fair and reasonable system;to meet the needs of employees' fair cognition and leadership effect;to create a competitive,fair and inspiring enterprise atmosphere and maintain a positive attitude on prediction to enhance the employee engagement under state-owned enterprises' reformation.
