Research On X County Food Safety Supervision Issues And Countermeasures Based On Consumer Satisfaction

Since the 21 st century,with the development of social economy,the public’s attention to food safety and consumption level have been rapidly improved,and the food consumption preference has long been transformed to the enjoyment type.However,the continuous rising attention to food safety is in sharp contrast to the low consumer’s satisfaction with food safety,which is a prominent phenomenon in X County.From 2017 to 2018,X County was established as a provincial-level food safety county,and a lot of work has been done to improve the level of food supervision.Based on the consumer food safety satisfaction data of the creation process of provincial food safety county in X county in 2017-2018,this paper studies the food supervision problems and regulatory countermeasures in X County.This article mainly used the X county food safety public satisfaction survey questionnaire through the telephone way random uniform to X county19 villages and towns,the questionnaire survey to consumers with the aid of SPSS statistical analysis software to sort out data,calculated the consumer food safety satisfaction again according to the factors affecting customer satisfaction questionnaire content to X county food regulatory issues analysis,combined with the supervision work of the current measures of the X county food regulatory level of ascension are also proposed.The research results show that consumer satisfaction with food safety in X County has significantly increased from 2017 to 2018.As one of the evaluation indicators of food supervision level,consumer satisfaction with food safety has significantly increased,which indicates that supervision in X County has achieved certain results in the establishment of provincial-level food safety counties.In addition,the results show that the consumer food safety satisfaction did not appear to be related with age,and associated with education,occupation,career is obvious,the degree,the higher the degree of satisfaction on the rise,with science and education workers in government institutions on food safety degree of satisfaction is significantly higher than the rest of the not professional inside system,the lowest satisfaction such as individual,freelancers.Based on the survey of consumer satisfaction data and cognition,it is concluded that the prominent problems in food safety supervision in X County mainly include imperfect food laws and regulations,insufficient supervision by regulatory authorities,insufficient food punishment,asymmetric food safety information,and incomplete social co-governance.The satisfaction survey showed that X county food supervision to raise,regulators should continue to deepen the provincial food safety county create work,integrated update food safety laws and regulations and standard system,improve and implement various regulatory work mechanism,straighten out and perfect the food regulatory system,intensify food illegal strike,strengthening the supervision personnel team construction,optimizing the food safety social work sharing pattern.
