A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision In ZhangCheng City

Food safety is a livelihood project,which is not only related to people's health and life safety,but also related to the orderly development of economy and the harmony and stability of society.With the acceleration of urban-rural integration and the deepening of the new rural construction,basic food safety issue is becoming more prominent.As hot issue of social concerns,party committees and governments at all levels attach great importance to efforts to solve the problem.Zhangcheng city is located in the Northwest Mountainous Area of Hubei Province.With many reasons like large mountain area,low quality of person,numerous and dispersed supervision object,weak supervision,poor financial support,backward detection means,lack of policies and regulations supporting,food safety problem in important areas such as rural collective dinners,school canteens,especially private kindergarten canteens,is more prominent.The author combined with his own work,checked internal supervision archives,carried out daily food safety supervision with law enforcement officers at grass-roots level,and participated in multiple food safety accident emergency disposal,thus carried out a lot of investigation work.At the same time,the author learned the advanced food safety supervision experience with the regulatory authorities around many places.In this way,the author accumulated a lot of experience and materials for this paper.Through the analysis of food safety regulatory agencies,regulators,regulatory object,food safety regulations and policies,food safety problems in key areas such as rural collective family dinners,school canteens,private kindergarten canteens,the author tried to put forward measures to solve the above problems by using the risk management,electronic supervision and management knowledge,from the view of local government food safety regulators.This paper is rich in content,detailed in data,and close to the practice of thegrass-roots level.It has a certain reference value for solving the food safety regulatory difficulties in mountain counties and poor counties.
