| China is now in a period of social and economic transformation,from high-speed growth to so-called"new normal" steady growth,and farmers’ livelihoods are also diversified.The sustained and steady growth of farmers’ income is a major and realistic problem facing China in building a well-off society in an all-round way.Good livelihood can help mountain farmers to achieve poverty alleviation and promote economic and social development in mountainous areas.The income level depends on the stock of sustainable livelihood capital.Therefore,from the micro perspective of farmers,the impact of graduate capital on the household income of mountain farmers,and then Putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions is of practical significance for improving farmers’ income and improving farmers’ lives.According to the survey data of 321 households in 5 counties(cities,districts)of Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2015,the impact of graduate students’ capital on the per capita income of farmers’households.Firstly,it analyzes the mechanism of human capital,social capital,financial capital,natural capital and physical capital affecting the income of farmers’ households in the subsistence capital.Then,based on the specific indicators of the subsistence capital,it is based on the standardization of the difference and the entropy.The method calculates various types of livelihood capital indexes,and then conducts descriptive statistical analysis on the subsistence capital,household income level and source of different dimensions of farmers.Finally,using OLS regression and quantile regression to analyze the per capita income index of each household.Research indicates:(1)Among the livelihood capital of the farmers in the sample area,the human capital stock is the most abundant,and the social capital is relatively scarce.From the perspective of the household income of the farmers,there is a certain differentiation of the income of the farmers,and the income is not balanced.In addition,the wage income of the households and Self-employed industrial and commercial income is the core income source of mountain farmers,and forestry income and crop income are a useful supplement to the sample household income.(2)The livelihood capital and income levels of farmers in different regions are extremely uneven.Lin’an has the best living capital status,and the rest of the country has different capital types.The difference of human capital is the largest.The human capital index of Lin’an City and Yongkang County is much higher than that of Longquan City,Kaihua County and Pan’an County.The smallest is social capital.The social capital index of Lin’an City is slightly higher than the other four regions,but the other four regions have little difference.Farmers’ incomes vary greatly in counties.The per capita income of rural households in Lin’an City is the highest.The other four regions are ranked according to the per capita total income of farmers:Yongkang City,Longquan City,Kaihua County and Pan’an County.(3)Livelihood capital has a significant impact on the per capita income of farmers’households.Among the five types of livelihood capital indices,human capital,physical capital,financial capital and social capital all significantly affect the per capita income of farmers’ households at different statistical levels.The impact of natural capital index on household income is positive but not significant.Livelihood capital is different for farmers with different income division levels.The impact of human capital and financial capital on the per capita income of low-income farmers is more significant,while the impact of natural capital and physical capital on the income of high-income households is higher than that of low-income households.The income of rural households,the impact of social capital on the income of farmers’ households,with the increase of farmers’ income,shows a trend of rising first and then decreasing.Among the control variables,the level of family business and county economic development has a positive and significant impact on the per capita income of farmers,and the distance from the village committee to the township has a negative impact.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are made:strengthening the human capital and social capital construction of mountainous farmers;strengthening the infrastructure construction of mountainous areas;focusing on the development of mountainous economy and vigorously improving the local economic level. |
