Research On The Influence Of Rural Household Livelihood Capital On Livelihood Strategy Under The Development Of Rural Tourism

Industrial convergence is a booster of agriculture and rural development.Promoting the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas and vigorously developing rural tourism is conducive to promoting the supply-side structural reform of agriculture and tourism.It is an important channel to promote the increase of rural employment and industrial poverty alleviation,and an important carrier to promote the comprehensive tourism and the integrated development of urban and rural areas.Chongqing is one of the first batch of "pilot areas for the comprehensive reform of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas" in China,so the livelihood survey of farmers is of great significance,and the development of rural economy has a good policy basis and social conditions.At the same time,Chongqing,as the "world's fastest developing tourist city",is a region with early development of rural tourism.With tourism as a pillar industry,its rural tourism has a strong development momentum,distinctive characteristics,clear planning and high research value.In the strategy of rejuvenating the country,the development of rural tourism become to promote the transformation of rural industrial structure,to ensure steady increase in rural incomes in the new starting point,this article aims to use DFID sustainable livelihood theory and analysis framework,studies of the livelihood of the farmers the five livelihood capital position the influence degree of the strategy choice,to put forward strategies to promote the development of Chongqing rural tourist destination.Through 12 in Chongqing rural tourism demonstration area(county)to carry out field investigation,examine the survey area farmers livelihood capital status quo,and the strategies of the livelihood of the farmers in accordance with the degree of participation in tourism,at the same time,based on related research results at home and abroad,by certain radioactive-polluted area farmer participation in rural tourism strategy can be divided into the brigade,and travel,tour,special brigade and four.Through sorting out 466 questionnaire data,multiple Logistic regression model was built to analyze how farmers choose to participate in rural tourism under different capital conditions.It is found that natural capital,social capital and material capital have significant influence on the choice of livelihood strategy of farmers.Human capital,natural capital,material capital and financial capital are the key factors that promote peasant households to choose non-travel-type,part-time travel-type,travel-part-time and travel-type livelihood capital respectively.Based on this,this paper proposes five strategies to guide farmers and develop rural tourism from raising the livelihood capital level of rural households,encouraging non-brigade rural households to choose rural tourism participatory livelihood strategy,guiding farmers with low participation level to change to high participation level livelihood strategy,and finally promoting sustainable development of rural tourism in Chongqing.The first is to promote livelihood capital and encourage farmers to actively choose rural tourism,that is,to create livelihood capital conditions and focus on "not lost" labor force;Second,subsidize funds,provide assistance in stages,and ensure that operating income can help farmers lift themselves out of poverty permanently.Third,to provide employment opportunities and create a good employment environment,including thegovernment's reasonable investment,the development mode that favors more farmers to participate,and the correct guidance for farmers to make a gradual transition to the tourism type or the tourism type;Fourth,development is in the ascendant,and both promotion and supervision should be carried out,including the establishment of a rural tourism association and the supervision of ecological and environmental changes.Fifth,we continued to implement supporting reforms and maintained a positive momentum,including improving the living environment in rural areas and promoting the transformation and development of agriculture.
