| At present,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The people's longing for a better life in tourism has led to the solution of the current imbalances and inadequate development.The tourism industry is facing a key node from high-speed growth to high-quality development.The development of tourism industry needs to focus on speed and scale,quality and quality,and strive to enter a new era of high-quality tourism industry development in China.The spatio-temporal analysis from the efficiency and development quality of the tourism industry can effectively solve the bottleneck problem faced by the tourism industry and promote the speed and quality of tourism industry development.This paper used the panel data of 2011-2017,applicated DEA,range method,the entropy method,coupling coordination model,etc.with "index construction-the efficiency measurement-the development quality measurement-coupling coordination analysis-spatio-temporal comparison" as the main line of research.In this paper,the coupling coordination analysis of the efficiency and development quality of tourism industry of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous prefectures)in China are carried out,and the spatio-temporal analysis is carried out on this basis.According to the research results,the development proposals of the tourism industry can be proposed in a targeted manner,and the cost of trial and error development of the regional tourism industry can be reduced.The specific research in this paper includes the following aspects:1.The research background of this paper is put forward,and the research purpose,research significance and main innovation points are expounded.The relevant literatures at home and abroad are summarized,and the research ideas of this paper are designed.Through combing the research on the efficiency of tourism industry,the development quality of tourism industry,and the coupling coordination between the two at home and abroad,it is found that the research on the efficiency of tourism industry has gone through three stages,the current research has been pretty mature;The research on the development quality of tourism industry is relatively lacking;There is almost no coupling coordination research between the efficiency and development quality of tourism industry.Based on these findings,this paper studies the spatial and temporal coupling coordination evolution of the efficiency and development quality of tourism industry.2.The DEA is used to calculate the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of tourism industry of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous prefectures)in China from 2011 to 2017.The results show that the comprehensive efficiency of tourism industry in 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous prefectures)is uneven.Guangdong,Sichuan and some other provinces"high input,high output".Tianjin,Shanghai,Guizhou and some other provinces "low input,high output".Inner Mongolia,Hainan,Shandong and some other provinces"high input,low output".Using DEA-BCC model decomposes the comprehensive efficiency and obtains the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of each province.Among them,the scale efficiency has a greater impact on the overall efficiency,and the value of pure technical efficiency is the effective value in the nine provinces.3.The range method and the entropy method were used to evaluate the development quality of tourism industry of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous prefectures)in China from 2011 to 2017.The results show that there are huge differences between different regions,and there are differences among internal regions.The first step is to determine the indicator system based on previous research and theory,and then to weight and standardize the data of various indicators.Through the analysis of the calculation results,there are obvious differences between the seven administrative regions.The Central China region,the East China region and the South China region are higher than the national average quality,and the tourism industry development in different provinces within same region is unbalanced.The gaps in Beijing,Hebei,Shanxi,and Inner Mongolia in the North China region are not much different,but the development quality of Tianjin's industry is poor,which has lowered the average level of the entire North China region.The development quality of Liaoning and Jilin in the northeastern region is in a downward trend,and the development quality of Heilongjiang's industry has increased slightly in fluctuations.The Sichuan and Yunnan provinces in the southwestern China region are rich in tourism resources.Their tourism brands are clear,and their development has encountered restrictions on infrastructure.The development level of tourism industry in Tibet and Guizhou is generally low.The northwest China region is the worst developed among the seven regions.Except for Shaanxi,the development quality of tourism industry of other provinces is quite different from the national average quality.The average level in South China region is higher,mainly because the development quality of tourism industry in Guangdong ranks first among 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous prefectures).The development quality of tourism industry in East China region ranks first in the country,mainly due to the fact that four high-quality cities have contributed greatly to the development quality of tourism industry of this region.4.The coupling model and the coupling coordination model were used to measure the efficiency and development quality of tourism industry in 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous prefectures)in China.The results show that 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous prefectures)have a higher degree of coupling,and the coupling coordination is in the alternate state between primary coordination and intermediate coordination.Basing on their coupling degree and coupling coordination degree,the types of their coupling and coupling coordination can be seen.The degree of mutual influence are high between the efficiency and development quality of tourism industry.In addition,it is also found that the comprehensive efficiency has a greater impact on the coupling coordination.The coupling degree of the 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous prefectures)is in the state of system running-in phase,system antagonism phase,system high coupling phase,and system resonance coupling phase.The coupling coordination degree of the seven regions can be divided into different evolution types from the time dimension.The North China region and the Southwest region are "growth" types.the Northeast region is "first reduction and then increase".The East China region,Central China region,and South China region are "high and stable coordination".the overall status of the Northwest China is not good,and it has been "reluctantly coordinated" from 2011 to 2017.5.To summarize the spatio-temporal analysis of the tourism industry efficiency,the spatio-temporal analysis of tourism industry development quality,and the spatio-temporal analysis of coupling and coordination between the efficiency and development quality of tourism industry,aiming at different provinces from technology,scale,tourism product quality,tourism market quality,tourism infrastructure quality,tourism environmental quality,we put forward targeted suggestions to achieve the coupling coordination development of the tourism industry in each province.At the end of the paper,the shortcomings and future prospects of this paper are presented. |
