At present,with the rapid development of China's economy,the price of goods and houses is keep rising.The cost of living of employees is also increasing.Enterprises have stable income and comfortable work conditions,but relatively low wages are no longer attractive and recognized by everyone.The corresponding phenomenon of employee turnover is also on the rise.Employees are one of the conditions able to operate normally for an enterprise.The development of an enterprise cannot be separated from the contribution of its employees.The control of employee turnover rate is very necessary and beneficial to the company to a certain extent.It can increase the vitality of its employees and improve the efficiency of employees.It can also promote the normal survival and make the company better and faster development.But if the company's turnover rate is too high,it is easy to cause the loss of too many employees.And the company cannot operate normally.It can even cause the staff panic if not take countermeasures as soon as possible.It is easy to produce all kinds of hidden dangers.So how to reduce the turnover rate,increase staff stability,it needs every company manager pay attention to it.As one of the national locomotive repair bases,T locomotive repair company is a large state-owned enterprise.But a large number of first-line workers queued to resign in 2017 and a large number of skilled workers resigned in 2018.As the company can't recruit employees in a short time,it can only force the other employees to work overtime to supply the production and operation.The company even transfers staff of other depatments to the work place of front line.That a large number of skilled workers leave the company will lead a hidden danger in the future.The company's managers are necessary to pay more attention to this large-scale turnover phenomenon.According to the research of the American labor market,about 20%of the turnover is inevitable.The proportion of inevitable turnover is steady and low.And the other 80%of separations are evitable.Reducing or eliminating these separations is the mission of management.Any effective management will reduce the management costs.This paper analyzes the main factors that influence the turnover rate of T company employees and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the turnover rate of employees on the basis of domestic and foreign literature research.It also bases on field investigation,communication method and questionnaire survey.I hope that the recommendations can provide a reference for the Human Resources Department of T company.Through improving management system,the company can solve the hidden dangers and problems existing in the company and reduce the losses caused by the leaving of employees.Thus it can promote the overall development of company in a long-term.
