| Human resources,as a driving force of enterprises'development in today's economic globalization,is main factor influecing enterprise's gaining competitive advantages, and thus become the main hunting target of all enterprises,which makes employees frequent turnover possible.At present many of Chinese enterprises, especially private SMEs are in an inferior position in this war of hunting for the talented.The great loss of employees causes the enterprises'immeasurable loss in economy and reputation,which may also affect the company's future development and growth. Therefore, the issue of employee turnover has become the the greatest challenge that the enterprise managers have to face. How to reduce the employee turnover rate and how to reduce the risks and costs of employee turnover, have become the most important issues that managers should concern about and deal with.In this paper, some concepts are explained about private SMEs and employee turnover. Then, based on a large number of data, the status and characteristics of private SMEs'employee turnover are described. According to the status and characteristics of employee turnover, the various factors of turnover, as well as the various effects caused by the turnover, are analyzed in this paper.By analyzing the various turnover factors, and according to the theory of cost and income,I set up an employee turnover model of private SMEs.Based on the above analysis, I recommend some measures to combat employee turnover for private SMEs at the end of this paper: changing management concepts, establishing employee incentive mechanism, reducing the loss of employees'turnover inclination, cultivating corporate culture to attract employees and enhancing employees'turnover management.The object of this study is private SMEs,which have made significant contribution to the economy of our country, and are also stranded in the development obstacles caused by the high employee turnover rate. Reverse thinking, through the high turnover rate and its characteristics, we can find out the macro,micro and personal factors which influence employee turnover in private SMEs and we can also give some recommendations on how enterprises can establish a rational system to prevent the recurrence of the turnover .I hope this study will do some help on managing the employee turnover issue in private SMEs. |
