Research On Investment Risk Management Of Farmers Specialized Cooperative In Zhengning County

At present,the farmer professional cooperative is the main force that agriculture develops.Because of the nature of farmer professional cooperative and the particularity of agricultural production and development,the management of specialized farmer cooperatives has become extremely important.In the overall management of cooperatives,financial management is the main part of economic management of cooperatives.In the financial management,the management of investment occupies a very important part,and so far,China's specialized farmer cooperatives have not formed a unified investment management system,therefore,it is necessary to study the investment risk management of specialized farmer cooperatives.Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation of cooperative investment risk,the financial management of cooperatives can be more effective,and the benign operation and development of cooperatives can also be promoted.This paper conducts a survey on farmers' professional cooperatives in zhengning county,uses the statistical software to sort out the collected data and reads relevant literature on investment risk management of farmers' professional cooperatives.This paper takes the three theories,namely cooperative theory,risk management theory and risk control theory,as the research basis.Through questionnaire survey,literature analysis,grey comprehensive analysis and case analysis,the study of cooperative investment risk management,find zhengning county farmers' professional cooperatives investment management factors,and on the basis of analysis of the investment management problems,including:lack of investment management system and without using the investment rights not dispersed,plans and internal and external supervision system is not sound.Finally this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures,specifically as follows:first,improve the investment management system of cooperatives,including the establishment of a sound investment management system and improve the implementation ability of the system;The second is to improve the skill level of financial personnel,financial personnel to carry out regular training,improve the professional quality of financial personnel;Third,the implementation of decentralized investment tactics,careful choice of the object of investment;Fourth,broaden investment channels of cooperatives and strengthen learning and exchange among cooperatives;Fifth,we will establish an investment management and supervision mechanism and improve a reward and punishment mechanism for cooperatives.
