Kang have tourism as a related to food,accommodation,transportation,traveling,shopping,entertainment six links integrated industry,has important contribution for the economic development of all countries,at the same time,kang raise tourism industry because of its low resources consumption,little environmental pollution and become one of the world’s most sustainable development potential of the industry.In 2009,the State Council listed tourism as a strategic pillar industry,which provides a rare period of strategic opportunities for the leap-forward development of health tourism.Especially with the increase of income of urban and rural residents,the increase of leisure and vacation time,and the upgrading of consumption structure of residents,the prospect of health tourism is very broad.The development of the health care industry has provided a good opportunity for the development of A company’s health tourism projects.This article applies the relevant theories of kang A tourism,to A company,A small town in the development of macro environment,industry environment,market environment,competition environment and internal resources environment such as strategic analysis,A company itself has A unique advantage,such as resource conditions,location conditions,can very good development of health tourism,however,the disadvantage of A company is fairly obvious,such as surrounding areas related to acute competition,lack of serious lack of unique tourism products,tourism need supporting facilities,etc.Based on the research and demonstration,this paper has completed the strategic planning of A company’s development goals,market positioning,spatial layout and product portfolio of kangyang town.Based on the key analysis of the realization conditions,this paper proposes how to accurately position the target market,carefully plan the tourism products and carefully package the market image according to its own resource advantages and competitive pattern,so as to form a differentiated advantage in the increasingly fierce market competition.How to integrate traditional culture into modern tourism service so as to form the core competitiveness of tourism products.
