Research On The Recognition Of The Health Tourism Resources In Culture Of The Yi Ethnic Group In Shilin

In recent years,people pay more attention to the problem of physical and mental health.Many tourists pay more attention to their physical and mental benefit value and the rate of return brought by tourism in the process of tourism planning.People’s demand has gradually developed into a new era tourism demand with the characteristics of high quality,experience and leisure.In the context of the normalization of the new coronavirus epidemic,people pay special attention to the health status of themselves and their families,and travel plans also put physical health protection in the first place.Therefore,the development of health tourism is the general trend and the practical demand.To develop healthy tourism,we should find out the family background of healthy tourism resources and understand the category and distribution of healthy tourism resources.Culture is an important part of health care.It occupies a core position in health care tourism and is the soul of health care tourism.Through literature reading and field research,this paper identifies and studies the healthy tourism resources in Shilin Yi culture,classifies and discusses the cultural elements,healthy elements and healthy functions,and puts forward the utilization direction.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Collect and sort out the data about Shilin Yi culture,and divide Yi culture into material culture and intangible culture.Material culture includes diet,ethnic costumes,residential buildings,labor tools and other cultural contents;Intangible culture includes spiritual and institutional culture.Spiritual culture includes language and literature,philosophy and ethics,religion,art and culture,customs and folk customs,Yi medicine and Yi medicine,and institutional culture is mainly the content of ethnic institutional culture.(2)Establish the identification index of healthy tourism resources in Yi culture.The identification types are mainly divided into physical health and mental health,corresponding to the identification of diet elements,clothing elements,residential elements,production and labor elements,language and literature elements,philosophy and ethics elements,art and culture elements,Bimo ceremony elements,customs and folk customs elements,Yi medicine elements and ethnic system elements.(3)Identify the cultural elements,identify the health care elements that can have an effect on people’s physical and mental health,determine that the three health care functions of each element on people’s physical and mental health are health care,heart care and spirit care,and further identify the health care elements with health care function in Yi culture.(4)According to the existing Yi cultural health resources,on the basis of adhering to the principles of combination of protection and development,inheritance,characteristics and functionality,this paper puts forward the utilization direction of Yi cultural health tourism resources,that is,give full play to their advantages,create Yi cultural health theme projects,deeply tap the elements of Yi cultural health,improve living facilities and integrate Yi cultural elements,The utilization direction of Yi cultural health tourism resources is determined as Yi cultural health tourism town,medical research base and Yi cultural theme park.At the same time,it discusses the direction of single factor and integrated utilization respectively,and comes to the conclusion that the development of integrated utilization can realize the maximum benefit of resource utilization.
